As a leader do you view disruption as an interruption to your ministry or have you discovered that interruptions are your ministry?
If our steps are ordered of the Lord may we never underestimate God's plan of how He puts people in our path that need ministering to, loved on and sometimes a hug letting them know that it's going to be OK.
As a leader, don't underestimate the significance of what God is doing by the size of your audience - Jesus gave a private Bible study for two disciples that weren't even a part of his 12 and it lasted for 13 miles (Road to Emmaus)!
Until you change your thinking you will always recycle your experiences!
